Most people know that regular exercises provide many health benefits and can reduce stress, improve the mood, encourage independence and strengthen the physical condition in older adults. Regular physical activity is also associated with decreased mortality and can prevent many of the health problems that seem to come with age.

According to the CDC, if you’re 65 years of age or older, generally fit, and have no limiting health conditions, you can follow the recommendations listed below.
