Our quality of care is unparalleled in the home health care industry.
Our mission at Advanced Home Care Services, LLC (AHCS) is to create a safe, nurturing environment for our Massachusetts senior home care clients so they have the resources and confidence to live a full and independent lifestyle at home. We offer a comprehensive range of personal and companionship home care services for seniors including meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, shopping, 24/7 emergency coverage and more.
Our quality of care is unparalleled in the home health care industry, driven—in part—by leveraging the expertise of our highly respected Boston-based affiliate, Suburban Home Health Care Agency. Our partnership with them enables us to share knowledge and resources among a dedicated and growing network of care providers, and offer top-notch, home health care services to clients virtually anywhere in our senior care service area. At the same time, our local roots give us flexibility so we can respond quickly and efficiently to clients, their families and their network of health care providers.
Today, Advanced Home Care Services is translating our home town advantage into a better quality of life for our senior care at home clients. Every day, we send our extraordinary caregivers into clients’ homes knowing that our unrivaled services and expertise will truly make a difference. For our clients, it can turn a regular day into a remarkable one.
Our promise to our Massachusetts senior home care clients
The foundation of any successful home care business is the trusting bond shared between caregiver and client. At Advanced Home Care Services, we promise never to compromise that trust by providing dependable, accountable and heartfelt care to each and every client. We accomplish this in several ways:
WE DO NOT SUBCONTRACT
Caregiving can be demanding work, and it’s not right for everyone. We carefully select caregivers for their integrity, honesty and genuine desire to improve the lives of our clients. We also look for impeccable work and character references that reflect outstanding people skills, an advanced work ethic and a high level of maturity and dependability.
AHCS screens, hires, trains and employs all of our caregivers directly. Our screening process is rigorous; we diligently check references and backround information to ensure that only the most qualified, trusted caregivers join our family. All of our caregivers must:
- Be certified and insured
- Receive criminal background checks
- Receive a motor vehicle record review
- Have U.S. work authorization
- Have relevant work experience
- Receive medical and TB screenings.
WE FOSTER A QUALITY STAFF
A strong training and education program is key to great care. Every caregiver must complete our comprehensive, state-approved orientation program which covers basic homemaking services and skills, personal care and hygiene, safety training, emergency response, patient rights and more.
Our continuing education program helps caregivers build upon their skills with year-round in-house and field training led by our professional staff of registered nurses. Caregivers fine-tune what they know, learn the latest techniques from our nurses, and share information with their peers.
Most importantly, we complement our continuing education program with incentives that encourage and reward our caregivers to achieve industry-standard certification before they actually begin providing care in the field. Our “100 percent certification” policy is a win-win situation that means a better level of care for our clients from day one.
WE ARE LOCALLY OWNED & MANAGED
Being local makes it easy for us to respond quickly and efficiently to the needs of you and your loved one. Our partnership with Boston-based Suburban Home Health Care Agency also gives us added flexibility to extend services to clients almost anywhere in Massachusetts.
Our rapidly-growing service area includes, but is not limited to, the MetroWest communities of: Ashland, Brockton, Dover, Fall River, Framingham, Hopkinton, Marlborough, Milford, Natick, Raynham, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Wayland, Wellesley, Westborough, Weston, Worcester and beyond.
WE COMMUNICATE SEAMLESSLY
From the get-go, caregivers communicate regularly with our supervisors, nurses and office staff, and are trained to immediately report concerns or problems. Office staff is always available to answer questions from clients or family members, fine-tune services or provide additional support. And our client emergency services are available around-the-clock, seven days a week, so you can have peace of mind at all times.
