Congratulations To Our Employee Of The Month, Trina Bright-Sanders!

“I’ve been working for AHCS since April 2021, and before that I worked for Suburban for 11 years. I was also babysitting when I was 12 years old. That was my first job. I’ve been CPR, First Aide, and Infant and Elders certified for almost 21 years. My hometown is Springfield, MA. My mom is the reason why I moved to Springfield and she is the reason why I do what I do. She is 82 years old. I have a brother, three children and 3 grandchildren.

The most unusual job I have ever had was when I worked as a Girl Scout Leader /Store Manager. I enjoy pleasing my clients. I go above and beyond for my clients because they depend on me and are grateful. I get very emotional when I lose a client. I love my job and I am good at it.

Life is precious and it is important to have patience. That is the most important thing that I have learned in the last five years. If you don’t like what you’re doing, don’t do it because it takes a special kind of heart to do this kind of work.

Working at AHCS has been rewarding and I gained additional experience. I like to work with Maria (AHCS). When I have a bad day I call her. Rest and relaxation, when I can get it, helps to keep me energized.”

Dear Trina, thank you for being so loving, caring and dedicated! We are proud of your achievement, and we are sure there are more to come in upcoming years.
